Went to NYC this past weekend for a wedding and some sightseeing. Haven’t gotten around to the pics on my SLR, but managed to take some fun snaps with my iPhone on the journey!

When we got back to Toronto on Tuesday night, it was storming and our car was encrusted with ice and snow. Welcome back! *Slap* 

Anyway, we had a great time in Cuba. Spent the whole time in Havana, exploring the city, drinking rum, and lounging. Vacation success!

One of the most amazing things about my job and all the amazing brands I work on is that I often have the good fortune of attending awesome events. One such event: Gordon Ramsay’s Chef Challenge in Toronto this past Saturday.

I snapped some pics with my iPhone and tweeted for @foodnetworkca while I was there. Here are a few of the pics. If you want to read more about it, we’ll be showing off some nicer shots of the dishes next week on the Food Network blog (including a video of foodnetwork.ca blogger Catherine Jheon hamming it up with Ramsay before the event!).

I just realized tonight that I’ve been hoarding some videos on my iPhone… nothing special really. I have an iPhone 3G, which technically doesn’t do video, but I have the iCamcorder app which records 15 second videos (longer videos possible with in app purchase). 

In no particular order: fireworks from July, a snippet of Sloan at NXNE in June and my fiance Hooman saying hi (not sure when).

I’m forever taking pics of food with my iPhone. Sure, I ate a lot of the food below, but any friends I’m eating with are subject to having their food snapped by me. :-)

Downloaded QuadCamera for my iPhone and played with it all weekend. Had a pretty busy weekend: beer, concert, walking, friends, fireworks, Toronto, Niagara, etc. etc.

Another beautiful weekend! Took out my bike for the first time in forever and rode along the Lake Shore. Lovely!
